postkeet / for agencies
v1.2 · 2026
for agencies · studio tier · unlimited brands

An unlimited
social team, for
$249/month.

Client social burns billable hours no one wants to write up. Postkeet drafts per-brand captions, schedules them, and routes everything through a white-label approval portal — so one retainer pays for the tool and every client after that is margin.

what agencies tell us

Three things quietly eating your margin.

01 · billables
Social work eats billable hours.
A senior strategist writes 40 captions a week at $120/hr. That's ~$4,800 a month vanishing into work the client doesn't see as strategy — and doesn't want to pay strategy rates for.
cost$/hr drain
02 · voice
Every client wants a distinct voice.
The gym is loud. The B2B SaaS is dry. The coach is warm. One writer toggling registers across six accounts is how voice slips — and how clients start leaving.
qualitycontext switching
03 · ops
Approvals become an operational tax.
Google Docs, Slack threads, email chains, status meetings. Every client wants to see drafts before they go live, and every handoff costs you a round-trip.

what postkeet does

Built for multi-brand shops.

01

Per-brand memory stores.

Each client gets its own voice samples, brand book, color palette, and platform rules. Drafts for the gym never read like drafts for the law firm. Switching clients is one click in the sidebar.

02

Unlimited brands on Studio.

Five clients, fifteen, fifty — one price. No per-seat traps, no per-brand add-ons. You scale the roster without scaling the invoice.

03

White-label approval portal.

Clients get a clean link on your subdomain. Your logo, your colors, no Postkeet branding. They approve, request edits, or schedule — you see it in the dashboard.

04

Five team seats, included.

Strategist, writer, designer, account lead, owner — five seats ship with Studio. Per-client access rules keep the intern on the coffee shop, not the bank.

the unit economics

The math is embarrassing.

one retainer pays the tool
A single client at a $500/month retainer pays for Postkeet Studio 2× over. Every client after that is margin.
$500 × 1 client ÷ $249 Studio = 2.0×
five clients, one tool
A 5-client agency saves ~80 hours/month on posting alone. At $120/hr, that's another full retainer of capacity — without hiring.
80 hrs × $120 = $9,600 recovered monthly
what we handle well

Client rosters we see a lot of.

food & beverage
Restaurants.
Menu drops, specials, reel hooks tuned for local Instagram. Per-brand aesthetic keeps the steakhouse off-brand from the vegan spot.
fitness
Gyms & studios.
Class schedules, transformation posts, member spotlights. Postkeet handles high-volume weekly cadence without burning out your writer.
creators
Coaches & consultants.
Thought-leadership threads and long-form LinkedIn in the voice of the person whose name is on the door — not yours.
ecommerce
DTC brands.
Product launches, UGC reposts, Pinterest-friendly verticals. Per-client aesthetics mean no brand bleeds into the next.
saas
B2B SaaS.
Dry, technical, LinkedIn-first. Postkeet picks up the register and drops the emoji — no coaching the model every Monday.
the rest
Everything else.
Law firms, real estate, nonprofits, hospitality. If it needs a voice and a calendar, Postkeet will hold the line on both.

Per-brand memory
Voice samples, brand book, aesthetic, and platform defaults scoped to each client. No cross-contamination.
White-label portal
Your logo, your subdomain, your colors. Clients approve drafts without ever seeing the word postkeet.

5 seats included with role-based access — strategist, writer, account lead, designer, owner.
API access
Studio-only. Pipe Postkeet into your reporting stack, your PM tool, or your client CRM.
Per-brand analytics
Reach, engagement, top posts — scoped per client. No data bleed, no manual filtering, no spreadsheets.
"We were charging clients $2k a month and losing $1,400 of it to a writer and a VA. Switched four brands onto Postkeet in a weekend. The approval portal alone saved us two standing meetings a week. It's the first tool I've bought where the ROI wasn't a guess."

our recommendation

Studio is the plan.

Postkeet Studio
for agencies & multi-brand teams
$249/month
Breakeven
1 retainer client — and even a $249 client clears it.
Margin zone
Every client after the first is near-pure margin on social ops cost.
Capacity gain
~80 hours/month back at 5 clients — enough to onboard a 6th without hiring.
Upgrade path
If you cross 50 brands or need a DPA on letterhead, move to Enterprise. We'll handle it.

answers

Agency questions.

Can my clients see only their brand?

Yes. Client portal access is scoped to a single brand — they log in, see their drafts, approve or request edits, and nothing else. Your other clients, your team, your pricing are invisible to them.

Can I white-label the approval portal?

On Studio, yes. You set a custom subdomain (approvals.youragency.com), upload your logo, pick colors from your brand. The Postkeet name doesn't appear anywhere on the client-facing side.

How does billing work — we pay, clients don't see Postkeet?

One invoice to your agency, monthly or annual. Clients are never billed by us and never asked for a card. How you rebill them is your business — most agencies build it into the retainer as a line item or absorb it into ops cost.

Do you support bulk operations for agency workflows?

Yes. Bulk CSV import for content calendars, bulk schedule across brands, bulk swap of approval status. Plus an API on Studio for teams who'd rather script it than click it.

Can different team members have different client access?

Yes. Role-based access per seat — admins see everything, writers see only the brands they're assigned to, the designer sees assets but not analytics. You configure it once per team member.

What about DPAs for enterprise clients?

We sign DPAs on Studio without upcharge. Subprocessor list is public, SOC 2 Type II is in-hand, and our legal team turns most client-requested DPAs around in 5 business days. Email legal@postkeet.studio.

Run more clients.
Write fewer captions.

Studio is $249/month, unlimited brands, white-label, five seats. One retainer pays for it. Everything after is yours.
