Yes. Creator and Studio include a 14-day trial with no credit card required. We don't ask for payment info until the trial ends and you decide to continue. If you don't, your account automatically drops to Solo — no charge, no lockout.
You'll get reminders on day 10 and day 13. On day 15, if you haven't added a card, your workspace reverts to Solo. Your scheduled posts continue to publish, but Creator-only features (carousels, full calendar, brand voice) pause until you upgrade.
Anytime, in both directions. Upgrades are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you keep access to the features you paid for. No "contact sales" gymnastics.
Solo is capped at 30 AI captions/month to keep it free. When you hit the limit, we'll let you know — you can still schedule and publish content you've already drafted, or upgrade to Creator for unlimited.
On Solo, no — the counter resets monthly. On Creator and Studio, there is no counter, so the question doesn't apply.
Yes. Settings → Billing → Cancel. Two clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then reverts to Solo. No exit survey, no retention call.
If you cancel within 7 days of an annual charge and have made fewer than 10 posts, we'll refund in full. Beyond that, we prorate refunds for unused months. Monthly plans aren't refunded mid-cycle, but you can cancel immediately to avoid the next charge.
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA for EU customers. Annual Studio can be paid via bank transfer — email billing@postkeet.studio.
